Pole Dancing

 

We are now offering ‘Pole Dancing for Fitness’ classes 4 evenings a week from Beginners to advanced and lessons are also available on a one to one basis or in voucher form!. Come on why not have ago it’s a great way to burn calories, tone your body build strength and flexibility whilst having tremendous amounts of fun.  We offer beginners up to advance level and will soon have you wizzing around the Pole like a pro!

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient Indian form of exercise with an holistic approach, meaning it tackles a person's well being as a whole - mind and body - unlike other forms of exercise.

Yoga's roots can be traced back at least five thousand years and the name means to join, or to unite. It consists of different poses, called asanas, that should be held steady, while controlling the breathing. The breathing techniques, which are central to yoga, are called pranayamas.

Each asana has its own benefits and targets different areas. The philosophy behind yoga is that by daily practice, you will become more centred and relieved from stress and be able to tone the body at the same time.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle, easy, but powerful combination of excercises from China to cleanse, circulate and conserve your Qi. It helps to cleanse and detox, release tension and stress, recharge energy whilst creating a calm mind, helping life to flow and you to feel wonderful, happy and healthy.

Our Tai Chi classes include 'Qi gong shibashi' and more.
